At the Kitsap Executive Association (KEA), we put great care into selecting our members. Every applicant undergoes a detailed screening process to ensure they are the right fit for our association. Before applying, prospective members are required to visit one of our general meetings to meet our membership.

Do I Qualify?

To be eligible for KEA membership, you must meet the following criteria:

• Business Ownership/Decision-Making Role: You must be the owner of your business or a qualified decision-maker.
• Experience in Business Category: You must have been operating within your business category for at least two years.
• Local Business Experience: You must have been doing business in Kitsap County for at least one year, unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors.
• Open Classification: Your business classification must be “open.”

How Do I Become a Member?

The membership process includes the following steps:

1. Attend a Weekly Meeting: Choose an upcoming meeting and visit in person (details below).
2. Classification Approval: Once the Membership Committee approves your classification, you will receive an email link to the application.
3. Submit Your Application: Complete the membership application and submit it with the $250 application fee.
4. Board Approval: Applications are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.
5. Conflict Screening: The Membership Committee will screen prospective members for potential classification conflicts.
6. Cooling-Off Period: Your application will be presented to the general membership for a two-week cooling-off period.
7. Membership Dues: Pay monthly dues of $175, which include weekly luncheons.

Please select an upcoming meeting and complete the Meeting Request Form:

• If submitted before the Friday preceding the meeting, you will receive confirmation and meeting details.
• If submitted after that Friday, your invitation will be for the following scheduled meeting.
